Bright Brief - The Prime Mover
Donald Trump Goes on the Offensive ... and Dominates Accordingly
Bright Army!
You know … the idea behind restarting the Bright Brief was ostensibly to give my mind a bit of a break from the long-form content I was producing, even if it was only once or twice a month.
And yet, considering the pace with which I’ve been putting them out over the course of the last week, I suppose I’ve actually been writing more now than I have at any point in the last year.
While I certainly can’t promise that pace is going to keep up, there are two very good reasons I feel compelled to keep the Briefs going:
The support and encouragement of you all has been overwhelming, from the comments and messages on these articles, the anecdotes that you’re sharing this quicker-hitting and more timely content more often than some of the longer forms, and of course, those of you who’ve generously submitted tips through the Buy Me a Coffee platform or who’ve upgraded to a Paid Subscription to Burning Bright (cancel at any time) make it more than just a mental exercise to put these together, and help justify the time, research and weaponized autism/insanity.
There has been … kind of a lot going on, and I expect that pattern of acceleration and ensuing exposure to continue ramping up through (and beyond) the November inflection point we’ve all got marked in our mental calendars. While my long-form content tackles heavier and more Macro concepts, these Briefs allow me to touch on some of the current story arcs that only get passing mentions in those.
That said, as always, I plan to link RELEVANT long-forms throughout the Briefs, and highly recommend anyone new to or returning to my writing take the time to read them if they’re linked, as I only do so when I believe the Macro concepts or cognitive cyphers discussed therein can be deployed to aid in understanding, awakening or even red-pilling in the current and coming story cycle.
Now, onto the Brief …
Power Posture
Politics is a bloodsport.
And I say that as someone who once made a small career at participating in, well, just about as literal a form of bloodsport as you can imagine, even if my fellow competitive fighters and I loathe that sort of framing.
The cliche—metaphorical or otherwise—as it relates to politics—especially American politics—is infamous, notorious … pick your qualifier. And yet, it IS metaphorical … usually.
Given the drama and spectacle of the current era of US politics, which is again both informed and partially defined by the pattern of Info War acceleration and escalation I write about every day, one of these charlatans masquerading as charmers running for the highest office in the land in an election that, were it fair or legitimate, would have been done ages ago—with a certain orange-haired incumbent in the driver’s seat in more than just the narrative theater—could be forgiven for taking it all a BIT too literally.
As for the surface-level (and probably correct) framing, you don’t have to be directly or tangentially connected to the armed forces to know that the latest in a sure-to-be long line of public relations disasters to emerge from the newest fake campaign assaulting the public is one of THE no-no’s in the American Mind … and no matter how “progressive” the enemy tries to make our culture, that core truism holds.
While this red line has been blurred with frequency in the political landscape, it has rarely been crossed so brazenly, but Tim Walz has apparently decided to tap-dance all the way along it before dragging his ass over it en route to his accepting the fake appointment to the fake position of fake Vice Presidential candidate to the acting Fake Vice President herself.
I mean, it’s entirely possible Walz, Harris and the media apparatus exhaustively attempting to cover for both are crazy like a collectivist fox … but I’m not so sure.
I think they’re just idiots.
Works for me. Not so sure it’s gonna work for them.
Now … let’s take the ‘all’s fair’ approach with ole Timmy, if you’ll humor me.
I’m not saying we forgive Tim Walz for the Stolen Valor he’s parading around like a Bush-era skin suit, BUT … hey, maybe the War of Stories got to the twitchy little feller’s head. Maybe Tim was actually trying to make a conscious or subconscious reference to his tours of duty fighting an asymmetric shadow war against the forces of light and on behalf of the forces of darkness for the better part of his adult life.
While your personal mileage may vary as to how much this particular deployment bothers you—and I’m sure that depends heavily on how many of you served in the armed forces or at least know someone who has—it can’t be denied that, amidst all of the engineered and organic noise in the aftermath of the Walz selection—again … the Fake Vice President’s pick for Doubly Fake and even Vicer Vice President—THIS storyline, this brand, rather, struck with force and fervor, and, for the time being, seems likely to stick.
(We discussed campaign branding and how far that goes in depth in the last Brief, Endless Walz.)
A brand is a story, as I’ve argued before, and a brand sticks in the Collective Mind when it spreads with surety and virility, as this one is now.
So, just as Walz’ selection was itself an almost impossibly tone deaf (unless, of course, patriots really are ‘in control,’) attempt to brand the 2024 Democrat ticket as insufferably, disturbingly and even dangerously MORE ‘progressive’ than the last, patriots haven’t needed to do much to pour gasoline on the fire in the wake of the Stolen Valor immolation and Kamala Harris’s continued refusal to go in front of cameras for anything that isn’t pre-scripted or 30 seconds long; then again, the DC Cackler didn’t slither her way up the ranks of seedy California Democrat politics without knowing the definition of the word, ‘quickie.’
But I digress …
Both Walz and Harris have been branded not by a campaign or a slogan, advertising money or NGOs. They’ve been branded by the Court of Public Opinion, which just so happens to be the highest court in the land, and one that Donald Trump reminded us with his own charismatic and optimistic brand of surety is currently saturated with at least 75% MAGA, America First, nationalist leanings, and one that he continues to make exhaustive and effective overtures to as he campaigns for an office he never lost in the first place, and that we would have him returned to again, whatever form or path that takes.
To wit, Trump’s Thursday presser at Mar-a-Lago took place on the anniversary of the now-infamous FBI raid on the same facility—the same home—and that was just one of a number of potential comms the true president and tribune of the people threaded throughout one of his more fiery (but mostly peaceful) conferences we’ve seen in some time.
I’ll admit, as I have before, that I tend to catch most of Trump’s conferences and especially rallies through clips some of my favorite follows in the Info War stitch together, including Patri0tsareinContr0l and TheStormHasArrived. I keep an eye on any notables that come out of these deployments, but I consider them to be akin to the sort of shrapnel barrages put up to fend off bomber runs in World War 2. Effective? Sure. But certainly not precise, and certainly not ALWAYS meant for a closer reading by this more … obsessive, and particular audience.
And yet, this one felt different, not so much for its subject matter, but rather, for its tone, and, dare I say, for its energy, which was all belonging to and expressed by its central character—the prime mover of all the Mind Movers on the game board, and one that hasn’t flagged nearly a decade into his political run and well into his eight decade on this plane, but seems, if anything, to be increasing in vitality as his prey begins to take on a narrative limp on the Serengeti that is the Mind War circa 2024.
Once more, Trump put on a masterclass of speaking to multiple audiences at once—multiple layers of the Collective Mind—alternating from speaking to the sort of Anons and direct thinkers in this audience by hinting at various levels of direct patriot control—did you catch his playful references to how fast his “ear lobe” healed following July 13?—or, at least, surefire projection as to where the story is going next, to the increasingly-reachable normie layers that alternatively lean in or recoil at his narrative carpet-bombing of the Harris campaign.
If you’d like to explore out one of the more popular writings around these parts, and see why calling Trump a ‘master’ of Narrative Warfare is anything but hyperbole, check out the series I named after him, and have continued to add chapters to as the Info War has carried on. Consider it a War Journal chronicling the War of Stories from the perspective of an observer of Trump’s particular brand of narrative-weaving.
(Oh, and DO pass it on, if you find value in it. I always find that there are juicy nuggets buried in the analysis of deployments from various chapters of the Info War we’ve quite forgotten, or let the haze of memory glaze into a blur.)
And this conference WAS all Narrative, with very little of it being for us, comms, hints and nods aside.
In fact, I would venture to guess that very little of what Trump said was even for the normie layers of the Collective Mind, most of whom have no doubt made up their mind—if not as to who they ARE voting for come November 5, then certainly who they’re NOT voting for—and rather concentrated on the Deep State themselves. Not the ones currently on stage, but more so, those lurking in the shadows, seeking to pilot the latest shadow campaign like they did the last one.
And, of course, those carrying their water.
Or did you think it was just empty rhetoric that Trump was all but courting Hillary Clinton, the villain—as myself and other peers in the battlespace—have referred to as the villain this story’s third act deserves?
Well, for now, the Media Industrial Complex hasn’t got the memo …
As I’ve argued time and again in the wandering ways of the Info War, and as I will likely continue to argue, my favorite Narratives are Bicameral.
Here, we can approach the actualization of the September 10 debate between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris on either side of Patriot Control—from the literal, ‘you are watching a movie’ sense of the term, to the more Game Theory, asymmetric Info War perspective.
By hook or by crook, Donald Trump ALWAYS seems to get the enemy to do exactly what he says he wants them to do, and he somewhat astoundingly seems to do so by appealing—or rather, devolving?—to base human instinct, sometimes reducing his rhetoric all the way down to the opposite game.
By implying that Harris was some mix of too intimidated, dishonest or—most likely—too stupid to put her ideas to work against Trump’s on a public stage—and in a small approximation of the sort of high-pressure settings she’d ostensibly face as Fake Leader of the Free World—he once again gets them to take the cheese.
Now, I’m still far from certain that Kamala is going to be on any ticket come November 5—and I think Trump is certain she won’t be—but either way, he’s going to wring every drop of narrative value out of the ultra progressive DC Cackler he can in the meantime.
Once again, he’s not trapped in this game—this Walz, if you’ll allow it—with [them.] They’re trapped with him.
Shame they can’t seem to do anything about it.
Keep in mind, Trump alternatively baits and taunts the Media Industrial Complex and the Deep State they continue to serve on bended knee.
Just as he knows the MSM vultures and carrion crows arrayed before him with clenched jaws (and butts … let’s be frank,) can’t forward the claim that he ‘faked’ July 13 to score political points (and I’m not saying he DID, just that many of them THINK he did and can’t say,) they similarly can’t rise to his taunts, even his flirtations with the shadowed, in-hiding Clinton and Obama Regimes, as the 4am talking points regarding Kamala’s ouster haven’t gone out yet.
Of course, a good part of that is owing to the fact that the last ouster—something increasingly referred to in all corners of the Info War as a ‘coup’ of the Biden Regime—has yet to cool to room temperature in time with Old Boy Blue’s morning porridge. And yet, the Harris-Walz ticket seems not just doomed to failure on a long enough timeline, but poised for immolation on a short enough one—a fiery, but mostly peaceful conflagration that should make Walz in particular feel right at home, given his proximity and history to Minneapolis.
The rest of the presser covered familiar ground, with Trump blitzing the Dem ticket from every angle, but more so, discussing the various failures—political, military, financial and even cultural—we’ve spent the better part of four years analyzing and, well, enduring in search of brighter awakening days, though he did so with an energy and momentum the Deep State likely shudders and retches to behold.
And I’m not begrudging him that familiar ground. The retreading.
“They sell hats and they sell stories,” Trump himself stated at one point, again, likely saying two things at once, to two distinct audiences. And this is the story he’s selling, and that an increasing number of Americans are buying:
We need leadership. And this (insert Kamala-Timmy, Biden, Hillary et al.) ain’t it.
(I discussed Trump’s posture with the
crew on Thursday afternoon, right after the presser ended.)The gist of it is, Trump—like the patriots behind him—already seem to know the end of the story. The rest is a matter of timing, and not so much temporal, I would argue, but much more mass psychological.
We’re in a War of Stories, and the intent of the Story is to provoke and cultivate public mandate.
Trump told us we’re at 75% right now, but we’re not trying to save 75% of a country, are we?
The rest of the minds (those who are reachable, at least, which will NOT be all of them,) can follow in much quicker succession than many believe, as mass psychological inflection points tend to cascade like collapsing dominoes, given the right series of pushes.
If you’ve been wandering the winding and intentionally-obscured ways of the Info War for any length of time, you’ll be familiar with the many-headed concept of power projection, in all its forms.
The story—the narrative—is Trump’s ideal form of power projection. His stories, and his narrative style are buoyed by natural charm, augmented by an asymmetric, nonlinear pattern of speech that complements the directed thoughts underneath, and set on an unshakable foundation of first principles logic and spiritual truth.
And there’s nothing hyperbolic about that.
As I’ve argued many times at Burning Bright, and as I will continue to do so until proven otherwise (good luck,) hope and faith are significantly more logical than we’ve been led to believe, and that has been by design.
I explored this paradox that is not a paradox in one of my personal favorites around these parts, Irregular Hope.
And even if your mileage may vary on the relative effectiveness of Trump’s chosen narrative fighting style, his rhetoric and the character he projects onto the waking world around him, one thing ALL layers of the Collective Mind can find agreement on is that Trump HAS a Story … and he’s sticking to it.
That story is MAGA. That story is America First. That story is YOU, through him. But eventually, perhaps soon … as the sort of free sovereigns we were always meant to be, that we were born to be, and that should call upon no leaders but those we raise up from among us out of mixed merit and need.
Now ask yourself … what is the Story the Establishment, the Deep State and the Collectivists are selling?
Is it the Orange Man, too … even if in a perverted and inverted, corrupted mirrored dialectic?
Is it progressivism? Collectivism? Globalism?
Is it racism or climate change, doom based on the former, the latter, or both? Is it hope and change or anti-weirdness? Is it ‘the science’ or subjective reality?
Is it truth, hope and light or moral relativism, which is itself nothing but Satanism wearing a cracked porcelain mask that can’t conceal the fetid rot beneath from leaking into the seams?
What story are [they] selling?
And which one is the Collective Mind in the market to buy?
Those are the questions I’ll send you into the weekend with, and in the next Brief, we’ll take a look at how the enemy—specifically, the Old Guard of the American political space—are getting up to their old tricks again, and (accidentally?) educating the American people as to their own preferred (and increasingly-atrophied) forms of power projection.
And once more, THANK YOU all for making the return of the Bright Briefs such a worthwhile endeavor.

Glad you got to see the press conference. When President Trump referenced Hillary, I could hear BB celebrating the obvious narrative projection. I agree, Trump has the ability to speak to multiple audiences at once, probably better, and more genuinely than anyone, and that's exactly what he seemed to do in this conference.
Reminding my doubting Thomas friends that we're watching a movie, is a powerful way to get their attention when things unfold, especially so rapidly and horribly [for them].
Your daily briefs are also easier to share with the slightly less informed MAGA crowd. They find them easier to understand, and with links to so of BB's best articles, hopefully some will take the deeper dives. Keep up the great work!
This is a great recap of where we are in making our country great again, at the heart of all things Trump. You note he always talks to various levels of people and that is one of the keys to his success…along with his great storytelling skills, great mind and the ability to perceive things in more than the single dimension. It’s obviously why he grasps 3-5D chess and game theory. Great for the country’s future! Like many others in this battle, God has gifted and prepared Trump for his role, just has He has the truth journalists and anons. God will not fail us, either!🙏🙏
