New to Righteous Russia? Start Here.
War is a mighty, terrible thing.
It’s also a term that we tend to over-use in the modern vernacular, applying it to everything from the traditional, musket-and-bayonet, sword-and-shield engagements that have littered the Collective History of our collective of humanity to the more nuanced, psychological operations the modern world and the modern Controllers have evolved or devolved into.
Still, no matter how many ways the world turns, and no matter how many historical paradigms are erected and then obfuscated, subverted and changed by powers that we are only just beginning to see the true face of, war is war, and war is a game played by many players on many boards.
As I have argued at length here at Burning Bright, I believe the game board of modern war is largely made up of the Collective Mind of society, of humanity itself. Whether we are discussing Actual Events—from terrorist attacks to Special Military Operations to international, tension-stoking sabotage deployments—to Potential Events, these being the Narratives and psychologically-pregnant stories that spin and are spun out of said events, the game board these various factions move across and that missions are actioned over is the prize itself. It is for us, just as it was for our forebears, just as it will be for our descendants.
From patriots in the east and west to the subversive and corrosive elements that have moved like wraiths in back rooms and on back pages in ledgers dripping with the blood they’ve leeched from what should otherwise be a peaceful realm with a cooperative spirit, the Mind is the key, and if you have considered nothing else with more than passing interest after delving into these writings, and this series in particular, I hope that I have at least managed to impart that truth, so that it might germinate and ultimately bear fruits that will prove to be the undoing of those who would seek to guide the mighty collective we might be.
Much of the Righteous Russia series has vacillated between discussing kinetic and potential deployments in this strange, shifting Shadow War between a budding Sovereign Alliance represented by patriots in the United States and, yes in Russia Herself, and the Deep State Cabal unified only in their shared adherence to Globalist ideology and Collectivist, domineering zeal. We have discussed everything from the intent behind Putin’s Special Military Operation in Ukraine to the eventual fallout of the many crimes this operation might reveal—and already has—to the Global Mind concerning the various sins the Controllers have hidden in the alternatively frozen and thawing mires of the remnants of Prussia, from the funding and training of Nazi battalions to the use of would-be sovereign nations as financial—and more nefarious—proxies through which to pass the fruits of our production, trade and ultimately, naïve empathy.
While there are minds significantly more discerning and knowledgeable about the various turnings of the Actual Events that have and continue to take place in this difficult-to-parse theater in the ongoing Shadow War, I have chosen to focus the bulk of my attention on the Russian theater through the lens of Fifth-Generation Warfare—that is, war for control of the aforementioned Collective Mind using means ranging from the kinetic to the narrative.
While the Actual Events taking place on the ground do matter a great deal, in an age dominated and defined by the mass flow of information, technology and communications, the weapons systems of all factions that would seek to guide the Collective Mind rest in the Systems themselves, which we discussed at length in the most recent installment of Righteous Russia.
Under this lens, the most effective and dangerous—to both sides—factions operating within the Shadow War understand that, to engage in an all-out ‘hot’ war can be seen as something of a lose-lose proposition in itself. For patriots in the Sovereign Alliance, the reason for this is simple: they seek to unchain and free the Collective Mind and humanity from the clutch of Globalist elements with as little long-term damage to it as possible. For the other side, ‘hot’ deployments not only exhaust precious proxy resources from a Shadow Empire that has significantly less ‘real’ power than they might have us believe, but they also serve to expose the inner workings, funding and intentions behind the very same. We discussed this ‘Power Paradox’ in Part 7.
Taken at face value, the above argument—that it is rather unwise for either side to engage in ‘hot’ war in the first place in the Fifth-Gen reading of current events—suggests that we should come away with a baseline bit of encouragement at the fact that Russia’s kinetic operations, while never ideal from the perspective of the zero-sum game that war is have put the enemy so firmly on the back foot, both narratively and actually that the relative weakness of the Globalist System has been exposed for all to see … even if those in this discerning community have arrived there a bit earlier than the rest of our sleepy-eyed fellows.
From exposing the lack of true ‘might’ behind the heart of Globalist power in the European Union, which continues to ratchet up narrative tensions while doing little more than agitating its own subjugated peoples by diverting their financial energy and real energy security toward an attempt to destabilize the unflappable Russia to the stark exposure of naïve and predatory infrastructure that enriches the few while threatening the security and comfort of the many, the System of Systems has been defined more clearly to the Collective Mind than ever before, along with their gaping, toothless and rotten maw.
Here, we must pause to give grudging credit to our Great Adversary—to the Controllers—who engineered this System of Systems from their Prussian origins to today, and the many ways we have and will continue to shed light on how patriots in the West have both Devolved their power and subverted their messaging, undermining them at every turn en route to a slow, inevitable and ultimately permanent reversal of the Systemic Paradigm that has trapped the Collective Mind of society.
Yet, in all wars, from antiquity to modernity and everything in between, there need to be those who take the field. Those who storm the gates or defend them. Those who stand up, and take the slings and arrows in a more literal sense than by reputation alone. Those who have the means, the ability and most importantly, the will to see the thing done, no matter the cost to them in the short term.
Because the world they seek to usher in, one of sovereignty for sovereignty, can only be built through sacrifice, and strife and bold action in the place of plans built atop and beneath plans.
And while said Collective is still slow in coming to the realization we have been processing for over a year now—and some of us for longer—the figure standing before the many-headed Beast has also been rendered clear as the smoke of the real and cognitive battlefield begins to settle and drift, like mist over the burial stones of the empire She will help to bring down.
Russia stands before the Beast. And while She is not alone, having the support of Devolved patriots in the west and shielding from a similarly toothless Administration occupying the most overtly-powerful office in all lands at present, She has been the first to stand up so firm and resolute in quite some time … and She has been the first to do so without being struck down.
In this penultimate installment of the Righteous Russia series, we’re going to attempt to crystalize exactly why I believe Russia, with Vladimir Putin at Her helm was forged for this moment in history. Through all the pain. All the blood. All the carnage that has written the last century in Siberian ledgers, the Russian spirit was never broken, and in an irony that will only be bitter to those on the wrong end of it, it was the enemy who set the fires and tended the forges that ultimately created the perfect knight that would be their undoing.
As this series winds down, settling into something I acknowledge can never be an ending, but that I hope will leave things in a cathartic and illuminating state for those who have taken this journey with me, I would seek to address a simple and key question relating to the image of the Knight standing before the Beast that might be named Cerberus were this a story in every way.
In short, why Russia?
Why was Russia primed to take on this role in the necessary exposure of the Beast, from the reach of its shadowy grasp to the stench of its poisoned breath, from the power of the fear it unleashed to the sorry and disappointing reality of its true strength, and lack thereof?
Put simply, Russia is the Vanguard in this Shadow War—a war that has been being waged on the edges of the board for centuries, and that has resurfaced now only because our side has found both the will and the means to stand up, push back and wake us so that we might do the same, each in our own way.
What, then, is Russia’s way? And how did the Beast help to forge the very cold-rolled steel and smoldering heart in the nation that stands against it so boldly now?
I would put it simply, but Russia is not so simple as the Controllers would have you believe, nor, it would seem so simple as they might have convinced themselves. And neither is its leader, which brings us to Russia’s first grand attribute, and the first reason She has been chosen for this role at this time.
I. The Cloak
As enigmatic as he is pragmatic, Vladimir Putin is the right leader for the right time, just as Donald Trump is his mirror, as alike in all the ways that count as they are opposite in the ways that don’t, and perhaps in a few ways that turn back around toward complementary all over again as the two form a massive, international sociopolitical pincer that has the power to cleave through the most leaden chains the Controllers have set to bind the world and all its peoples.
After all, if it can be said in war that it is a boon to know one’s enemy, and to know him intimately, then surely we can assume opposite effects from an opposite starting point: if Putin and Russia have NOT been known as well by the Globalist Collective as they assumed, nor by the Russian Oligarchs who first underestimated and discounted him during his rise to power almost a generation ago, then he has held a key advantage since the beginning of this Shadow War between the forces of Sovereignty and Collectivism. Perhaps THE key advantage.
As we discussed at length in Part 2, Putin’s rise was not nearly as inevitable as his marauding, directed and precise war on the subversive elements within his own lands might suggest. He was a relative unknown. A bright and brilliant upstart who kept small council and spoke seldom, and yet was remembered by every figure that counted in Russian politicking to aid his swift rise and either bolster or fold under the crush of his vision.
In the aftermath of the Soviet Union, truly one of the great evils to be visited upon a sovereign nation in our shared history, the Controllers thought to engineer a great puppet show—to project shadows on the wall that might demonstrate how much better off the Soviets had been under the communal crush by replacing slavery to an overt system to subjugation by a covert one.
This Oligarchy distributed its power in the form of Soviet capital unfairly and ruthlessly leeched from Russian soil and toil, and raised companies in the place of committees, lobbies in the place of councils and contracts in the place of decrees.
The Russians traded one set of Controllers for another, and Putin rose in the wake of Yeltsin’s weakness—perhaps aided because of it—and set to bringing to heel the vampiric titans of industry and finance before their power could be solidified, stamping out those he could not turn to his own ends, and sending many more into hiding in the form of more legitimate business. Of course, I have no doubt that even these few Oligarchs that were permitted to keep their fortunes rather than being judged for crimes of embezzlement, theft and corruption before nationalist panels will eventually come home to roost, after they have served whatever clandestine purposes they unwittingly serve to this day.
In this way, the Russia of the 1990s shares much with the United States Donald Trump disrupted so firmly in the aftermath of the Obama reign of fiscal and administrative terror. Companies with higher GDP than entire sections in the United Nations, and entertainers with as much sway as Saints in a nation falling into idolatry and consumerist subservience to a faceless machine—to a System with different stripes atop the fur but matching marks on the skin beneath.
Putin’s rise to power came on a battlefield populated by neo-capitalist vultures that were themselves the spawn of Marxist crows. He solidified his standing under their watchful black eyes and made his alliances under their noses. This might begin to explain to you why, when it comes to the squawking threats of their remnants in the west, he has it in his current nature to smile at them more often than bare his teeth, though the two can be difficult to distinguish, depending on the circumstance.
The wisest men and the greatest leaders often see much while saying little.
This makes them difficult to gauge, difficult to predict and thus, difficult to stop when they have launched into motion that is often more swift and decisive than probing enemies expect. In this way as in many others, Putin’s demeanor and that of Russia Herself recall allusions often made to Trump as an aged, but not weakened lion lazing on the Serengeti with hyenas and jackals closing in, venturing ever closer until the day they draw too near to flee the ending of the lion’s patience … and his claws.
In short, the first reason Russia was chosen, either by men and minds or through providence, is simply because She was and is as forgotten as She is formidable.
Still, an enigma is only as effective as its intent, just as a directive is only to be trusted in the presence of motive, which brings us to the second attribute.
II. The Torch
In Part 1, I did my best to provide a picture as to what that motive might be, and how it might feel to a nation that had suffered so much pain at the shadowed, cabalistic hands of this would-be Globalist Empire, whose grandsires were far more cunning and ruthless than the sorry charlatans that we are beginning to overcome on the cognitive battlefield in the great information war we parse today.
If enigma is the Cloak Russia has worn into the realm of the Beast, then the memory of all that has been visited upon Her and Her people provide fuel for the torch she carries. This torch serves dual purpose: as both a ward, to keep the stalking, creeping things wary of Her focus and attention, and to act as a reminder to the warrior Herself, so that She might continue to blaze a steady trail to the den, where the Beast might make its end.
And make no mistake, Russia’s current leadership is all too aware and all too motivated when it comes to the current incarnation of this many-headed Beast.
From the 2007 origins of the Uranium 1 Nuclear Deal, which, if theories are to be believed could have laid the groundwork for western Deep State cabalists to both engineer the Actual of a devastating terrorist attack and its fallout, both literal and Potential, and casting Russia as the great villain it was always meant to be. The final villain for the final war, and one that would usher in the realm they have long planned in the dark.
We saw these tensions on full display during the Obama Administration, when Putin ended his cordial association with the shifting ‘leadership’ masks of Globalism and adopted a more rigid, immovable posture regarding expansion of kinetic operations in Syria and the curious preponderance of American munitions that seemed to keep finding their way into the caches of the rapidly-sprouting demonic weeds of ISIS and other Middle Eastern extremists with worrying frequency—extremists Putin and the Russians had made a point of stamping out in the early 2000s after his initial rise to power—and extremists that Trump helped to eradicate upon seizing the throne in the west from Putin’s agitators.
In another history, we might have seen the actualization of this final war with the 2014 coup that saw western-backed leadership oust the pro-Russia, pro-unification regime in Ukraine. Luckily for us, and unluckily for [them] on the current timeline, Putin and Russia once more demonstrated a bitter and effective patience, only going so far as to seize Crimea—a torch held as a ward and a warning, that there was a step too far, and a line too stark to be crossed without a final response.
We’ve been over much of what followed, from the crimes in the sorry Donbas to the rape and pillage of the wealth of displaced peoples in the disputed region with more shared suffering than national identity—a story that looked as if it might continue unabated and time immemorial, akin to the chaos in the Middle East that is only just beginning to show signs of engineered easing due to the very alliance we have begun to explore in this series.
Suffice to say, the torch betrays that there is a limit to the tiger’s patience, and earlier this year, we saw the torch change hands, and the claws come out, which brings us to the most important reason Russia was chosen for this moment in time, and for this manner of deployment against the combined narrative and proxy might of the Prussian remnants in the European Union.
She has the means.
III. The Sword
The tool and the weapon most synonymous with war, and with warriors, Russia’s Sword is made up of stuff far more formidable than the Beast has faced in some time. Perhaps the only sharper and more deadly one in all the world is represented by the dominion of the U.S. Military, which rests on the edges of the game board, observing the theater in the east without challenging or supporting. A curious thing, and one we will revisit in this series’ ending.
While the more literal reading of the sword in the case of Russia brings one to an examination of Her military might, a considerable thing, and one reforged under the leadership and funding of Putin as he guided programmed Soviet zeal into a more earnest and thus, unflappable nationalist pride, Russia’s sword is made up of much more than tempered steel.
Around these parts, we discuss Narratives far more often than Actual Events, and for good reason. While Actual Events, from kinetic deployments to legislative and political action have the immediate power to shift tides and sands alike on the international game board, the Potential Events that spin out of them are the things that ultimately topple and erect paradigms, and paradigms are what new generations are born into.
That is no small amount of power.
What is Russia’s paradigm, then?
As we have explored in this series, aside from military, kinetic might, the tiger’s strength also lies in its roar. Not only for the breadth of its breath, and the snows it shakes in the canyons of Siberian wastes, but for the strength it reveals in the form that gives birth to it.
Russia is a land of hidden plenty, and Vladimir Putin has unleashed Her. He has tapped Her energy wells and ploughed her fields, opened Her ports and expanded Her sight. He has solidified old alliances while forging new ones, some of which may yet stand firm against the economic and logistical hegemony of the Globalist West, and others that may not be revealed until such a time as a reborn and reforged collective of humanity is ready for it to be so, and he has filled once-bare coffers with gold and oil, the blood of his lands and the power of trade recognized for eternity and by it.
Russia’s strength is Her strength, just as the tiger’s strength is his. It is ubiquitous and self-defined. It needs no warning and no warding torch to be unleashed, and it can only be recalled by its will, or the will of one stronger.
But the sword is not the knight’s best weapon of war. That distinction belongs to the final piece in the suit that makes the Nation Knight whole, and gives the Vanguard its power to forge ahead of the Sovereign Alliance to come.
IV. The Shield
Just as the energy, gold and very land that makes Russia up can be weaponized against Her enemies, so too can it stand as a bulwark against the very same. In this way, Russia’s sword is Her shield, used as much to keep out as to keep in, to range as to fortify.
And yet, when it comes to the position Russia occupies in the current state of the Collective Mind, I believe the true shield She possesses reflects a melancholy might.
I have used Narrative Shielding to describe Potential Events, stories and deployments within the Globalist Media Industrial Complex—the spells of the illusionists—that have been seeded by patriots in the west in order to protect them from the inevitable boomerangs that continue to chip away at the implied cognitive mandate the Controllers use to rule.
There is no greater master at this technique than Donald Trump, who has both baited and eventually turned concepts from election fraud to the weaponization of the Administrative State back around on the Controllers, forcing them into Narrative positions where they actively push the same stories they condemned so that they might tread water in a Collective Mind grown more chaotic and treacherous with each revealed contradiction and exposed narrative spell. These narrative javelins are hurled from the ends of the sorcerers’ gnarled fingers—javelins trailing hidden chains that reach back to weights tied about their twisted ankles.
This is not so for Russia.
Russia has not turned narratives and tied weights to javelins. She has relied on obfuscation only for as long as She must, before making Her vision known, and the intent behind it.
The shield Russia carries is the shield She was cast with, and burdened with by the very Beast it protects Her from now, as she ventures into a cave in a dark split by the torch she threw, now warded by the sword she carries.
The same stories we have been told of Russia and that Russia has been told of Herself are the very stories that have formed a suit of armor around the whole of the Nation Knight.
For how can one be cast as evil when one was already fated to it?
How can Russia suffer on the end of the stories the Collective Mind is sold and told when She has embraced them, or allowed them to be embraced?
The reason Russia had little to risk from a Narrative standpoint—the most potent weapon of the modern Globalist Empire—is because She already occupies such a shadowed corner in the Collective Western Mind. All these slings and arrows might be a slogan synonymous with Trump, but for all his detractors in the west, he has a greater share of love.
Rather than railing against the role She has been cast in, however, the guiding hands and minds behind Russia’s Righteous Renaissance have embraced it … for the time being, now aware of how the very spells the charlatans have spent all their psychic might casting, and how the villain they have drawn might be used to bring them down.
This is the shield Russia carries, and the armor She wears, and She stands resolute in the role She has been cast, guarding the knowledge of truth and the faith that, in time, all good things will be revealed, and all masks will slip away.
When it comes to writing on turnings that have turned centuries and nations that have worn as many names as wars, it is in my nature to stray into poetry. If you’ve been reading me for any length of time, this comes as no surprise to you. But in this series, there is a reason I employ metaphor so often and in so unflinching a manner.
I cannot pretend to see all ends, and while I can give more confident assertions and observations on nearer stories, those that might guide the future of a people, and perhaps a world are thick with obfuscation and laden with detail. This series has not attempted to parse every battle, nor every narrative regarding the eastern theater in the Shadow War, not because there is no use in the attempt, but because it is not within my means to do so on a scale or timeline that might affect the change I seek.
Change in perspective and disposition. Change in outlook, and change in heart.
Such is the power of stories, and the danger of them. And while the powers that would be have had their time to spin their yarns—ages of cleverness we might stretch to see the beginnings of—they have come upon magicians in the place of sorcerers, and Dark Knights in the place of cursed devils.
And to borrow a truth from that cultural touchstone film named after one of the prevailing modern myths, replete with his own cloak and his own shielding stories, and as I have attempted to explain today, in this sort of war, a war for the Collective Mind itself, and a war for future and fate that binds us all together, we don’t always get the heroes we want.
Sometimes, however, we get the ones we need.
The Nation Knight isn’t the only hero in this war of stories and so much more, but She and Her Vanguard have a grand part to play in the Great Turning of our time, and perhaps of all time.
And as the great truth-teller of this time has said with surety, strength and calm, you’re going to like how this movie ends.
Until next time, stay Positive, stay Based and most importantly … stay Bright.
Especially when things seem darkest.

Wow, and wow! From your references to the Prussian background to the role of the resolute Russians to the current roles both Putin, and others take to respond to the current situation, including Trump and the “west” it is really a revelation to many as the roles of the various players on the field is revealed through your God-given gifts. You, once again, have revealed the possible (and likely) roles of those most didn’t understand to even have a role OR the unlikely paths that must be taken to take the steps to win this battle between good and evil! One of the ways has been to hide the truth behind smoke and mirrors while the cabal-supported mouthpieces work to muddy the waters. Once again (and there is much more to comment on) I must consider everything else you have addressed in this battlefield and walk away amazed that 1) You’ve been blessed with these gifts, and 2) you’re willing to share with us! I do not know how many followers you have, but you are the 1st I supported with our meager dollars...that’s because you must continue to enlighten and educate! God bless you! Thank you!
Excellent, as usual. I’ve always been fascinated with Russians. They were always the bad guys in most spy novels I read as a kid. After a few years I came to the conclusion they were just filling space as the “boogeyman”. It’s been gratifying to read a different view of Russia and her trials and tribulations. Looking forward to your next installment.
