“Consent through Compliance.”
hit me with that one a few days ago, during a great back-and-forth about a contentious and utterly fascinating topic that has taken the Truth Community by storm over the course of the last two weeks. While the terminology has likely been used to describe sociopolitical and cultural trends in the past, it is difficult for many in this community to imagine a time period where that unfortunate distinction could so readily and confidently be bestowed onto the American public.
A people once lauded for their disagreeable nature, anti-collectivist unity and sovereign spirit have been slowly transformed, cowed into submission and beaten down through systemic overreach and communist subversion, and there is perhaps no greater (or worse) example of this than the recent era of COVID lockdowns and vaccine mandates, which, while the biggest PsyOp launched in decades did manage to wake millions up as to the corruption of the powers that would be and their incestuous System of Systems, also saw many more of our fellows and loved ones succumb without nearly the pushback most reading these words would have liked to see.
In the place of a subtle veil being laid over humanity for generations, this truism has taken on the persuasion of a heavy burial shroud in recent years, with the American population—and much of the world—being split into two camps: those who question, and those who do not, with the latter often resenting and even attacking the former. Compliance and consent has formed a self-perpetuating feedback loop of Hegelian horror that has slowly transformed from a steady drone to a constant buzzing, like a hive unable to return to rest.
And yet, ‘Consent through Compliance’ isn’t meant to be an appeal to the blackpill or doomerism. It is, rather, an observational reality of the cultural zeitgeist this community of heterodox thinkers finds themselves contending with on a daily basis, as we wage the Info War AGAINST the subversive enemy, and sometimes—as has been the case in recent days—even against one another.
And while that last point may result in psychological tension within a community meant to help dispel it in the larger Collective Mind, I believe that all argument is essentially a natural sifting process, as necessary as it can be uncomfortable, with the end goal being a refusal to succumb to the maxim the dark rulers of this world would have us adopt absent our conscious will.
In the end, it is my belief that the sheer recognition of this truism—of this sickness, if you want to be blunt—represents the key marker, the foundation or the keystone upon which the Great Awakening and our peaceful, enlightened revolution rests as we seek to take back this world from the powers that would be.
The Deep State. The Globalists. The System of Systems, as they are known in the pages of Burning Bright. All names for the same subversive, all-pervading and yet, in my view, weakening enemy.
And while there is healthy debate within this community as to the mechanisms and structures of the System of Systems, its history and origins, and certainly projections as to its future on either end of the psychological timeline between hope and doom, there is common agreement and recognition of its existence, its marks and the scars it has left behind, and continues to etch into the Collective Mind in what could be—what SHOULD be—the era of its dying throes.
This week, argument broke out in this community regarding assertions made and allusions to the Act of 1871. In short, what proponents and pushers of these theories believe is that, through an ‘illegal’ act of corporate governance and political lawfare, the United States as we would LIKE to know it—that is, a Constitutional Republic built atop a foundation and recognition of unalienable rights—was effectively and legally replaced by a literal US Corporation, into whose coffers several generations of Americans have been born into not just metaphorical or seeming slavery, but that of a much more direct, overt and literal kind.
The argument commenced because Donald Trump, a man many in this community, including myself, laud for his mastery of Narrative Warfare, boosted an interview with Dr. Jan Halper-Hayes in which she discusses everything from 2020 election fraud and Space Force, to planeloads of repatriated Vatican gold and yes, the Act of 1871 and the US Corporation theory.
(For more on my extensive thoughts regarding Trump’s Narrative Fighting Style, check out, ‘The Master’ series at Burning Bright.)
Personally, despite Trump’s boosting of the interview in which it is mentioned, I find many of the arguments put forward in favor of this theory to be lacking, and while friends and peers such as
and have done much more extensive dives into the nitty gritty, therein, the first warning signs to me that something untoward COULD be in the offing was in what I personally view to be a misreading of the very terminology being used at this time, relative to the modern context. In short, I do not believe use of the word, ‘corporation,’ in 1871 documentary terms bears anything but a phonetic resemblance to the word in the modern parlance, which seems to be confirmed with a gander at the Barnes v. District of Columbia case from 1875 Herold pointed out this week, in which a direct, legal distinction and definition is provided on the very subject.
What’s more, while tension and debate is and should not only NOT be avoided in this community, but encouraged—in fact, I love seeing healthy, respectful debate and discussion in this comments section, and welcome your input below—there is a vocal minority within those pushing the 1871 US Corporation theory who seem to be on a seek-and-destroy mission for anyone pointing out logical failings and outright false claims being asserted regarding it.
To me, some of those earnestly pushing the theory are doing so out of a psychological need to find one specific, magical HOW regarding the Deep State’s system of control, rather than engaging with the—in my view—more observable realities that something LIKE what the Act of 1871 theory describes has been accomplished through the hallmarks of communist influence over literal centuries: infiltration instead of invasion, subversion instead of destruction.
With that changeable preamble out of the way, I’ll also be honest in that, while I don’t personally subscribe to the US Corporation theory, I am fascinated by the undertones of arguments surrounding it, and I believe it is WELL worth a discussion on a bedrock, foundational level. I am always interested in ideas that capture the zeitgeist of this community built on the tenets of discernment and fearless debate, as the zeitgeist represents a current snapshot of the Collective Mind, which is itself the true cognitive keystone to the war for the past, present and future of humanity.
You know. The little things.
To that end, do not mistake my caution over some of the persuasion of the arguments over the Act of 1871 to be an appeal against argument itself, nor as one of the tired and immature calls to unity I sometimes see in the Truth Community that take on the feeling of coddling or attempted psychological coercion more so than earnest peacemaking, as ‘unity,’ to me should not be sought in matters of opinion, but more so in philosophical intent.
As an example of this unity mindset on another contentious topic within the Truth Community, I’ve been very public about my personal belief that Mike Pence has been playing a role in favor of both Donald Trump and the American people, from his actions on January 6, 2021 to his ongoing campaign, and up to and including his potential testimony in the latest case against the ‘former’ President we would like to raise into that high and mighty office once again.
That said, while I believe the Net Effects of Pence have represented the sort of positive directional sifting the best and most productive arguments tend to, I also acknowledge that readings of Pence as a controlled (by us,) or hemmed-in Deep State asset are entirely possible, and even plausible under some readings of the events of the last few years.
In the one scenario, and the one I subscribe to, Pence has acted as a double agent AGAINST the Deep State, having set precedent that will make it impossible for a VP of their choosing to steal the election out from under a future president (including Trump,) if and when reform is upon us, while providing Narrative Shielding to Trump and the DOJ for any role he might play in an acquittal of Trump, the man he has supposedly betrayed.
In another scenario, however, Pence is and always has been a Deep State snake, and Trump leveraged that in order to make the powers that would be believe they had a Judas within the administration, providing Narrative Shielding of a different sort while Trump made his moves at the periphery of Pence’s influence, trapping him and the rats that installed him into a political, legal and psychological vice from which he cannot escape.
And so, with either Bicameral reading, Pence ultimately works for us, either wittingly or not, which is a nearly-identical conclusion I’ve come to regarding the Biden Administration itself, as explored in depth in the ongoing ‘Layer Cake’ series.
While I tend to forward the argument I hold to most firmly in writing and in oration in order to provide a foundation and framework for my logical progressions, I always try to hold multiple possibilities in mind and see which map onto reality with more surety.
This is not something to fear, but to encourage, and so, this agitation—both the Pence drama, actual and engineered—and that of Dr. Halper—of the decentralized Anon hivemind is by design, and for a change, I believe it’s ultimately a GOOD one, seeing that, whatever his specific intentions, the debate was directly provoked by a Donald Trump ‘comm.’ And as I have and will argue moving forward, while Trump is sometimes providing answers with his communications, I think he is just as often providing questions, and sparking the very debates we see consuming the Anon hivemind at times like this.
Sometimes, the Fight itself IS the point.
The Truth Community and the Anons and heterodox thinkers that make it up, ideally, is a decentralize collective. We are a beautiful, flawed, effective paradox, and this is both our greatest strength, but also a source of ratcheting psychological and intellectual tension. And yet, the thing is, it is that very intellectual tension that provokes that natural filtration process that brings us inexorably closer to truth as the ultimate foundation.
As I said in my very first feature at Burning Bright, we should not set out to be seekers of truth, but rather hunters of lies.
This is how I can engage with a theory that, while I find it lacking from an evidentiary perspective, I may find the arguments surrounding it highly compelling and Net Positive, in keeping with the understanding that a System ostensibly forged on the core tenets of obfuscation and corruption likely have and had many avenues to achieving each.
‘Sensational’ is a term many have and will throw around regarding claims that end up proving to be false, and others that prove to be true, and while I do think it can be applied to this specific theory, I can also lay out a confident framework of how even that reading of the Act of 1871 discussion can be turned around and used as a Net Positive.
For example, another sensational claim made in this community is as follows: the Deep State is largely comprised of billionaires who sacrifice children to Moloch, a god of death, terrorize them in order to harvest adrenochrome from their pineal glands and consume the substance in order to achieve some semblance of immortality, however futile.
Is this claim true?
Contrary to assertions that it is by many Anons, we don’t actually have much direct evidence to go on, and even those who followed the Q Drops, as I did, are mistaken when they assert that the drops specifically mentioned this practice.
That said, what are the Net Effects of this ‘sensational’ claim?
The recognition and exposure of the IDEA that Globalist elites are engaged in occult practices involving crimes against children—a truism that, whatever its Actuals, is steeped in Potentials that speak to a larger truth that is being revealed month after month to the Collective Mind through everything from Epstein and Maxwell to NXIVM, Child Trafficking as portrayed in cultural juggernaut Sound of Freedom and perhaps Haiti still to come.
That’s a win, in my book, and I can frame it as such and hold it as such even while acknowledging that SOME within the Truth Community have effectively used some of the more sensational—even if true—readings of the dark underbelly of the Deep State to jettison themselves from any semblance of normalcy, ruining their marriages, jobs and sometimes livelihoods in the process.
The Act of 1871, while a distraction in the eyes of some, a curiosity for more and a highly compelling, useful cypher for others has also visited extremely negative consequences onto a minority of people who, having taken it all at face value and applied readings of it to their waking lives, have been manipulated by shills and charlatans passing themselves off as experts, even going so far as to pay for ‘Sovereign Citizen’ packets, licenses and ‘How To’s,’ in direct contrast to the supposed spirit of the theory in the first place. And that’s not even getting into the legal horror stories of those who’ve tried to live in direct accordance with some of the assertions the theory makes, that, even if true, can result in irreversible damages given the context of the world in which we currently reside.
And yet, to engage with this information is to make a choice, and to do so hopefully with some baseline understanding of one’s own cognitive cypher, ability to discern and propensity to take useful Micros and Macros out of otherwise-flawed theoretical frameworks in a war based on the obfuscation of information itself.
Some of our brightest minds like to ensure that sensational arguments being put forth emanate from the sources being provided, or are at least consistent within their own framing. Sadly, for many pushing these claims, this is not the case, with misreadings of terminology, assertions without evidence and projections surrounding communications intent regarding patriots that, while all of us engage in, is never wise to take to the bank.
There are also specific claims forwarded under the 1871 theory regarding Donald Trump as the 19th President, bankrupting the ‘Corporation’ and resetting American laws that, while they have some observable basis or parallels to the current time (seizure of financial assets, the relationship between the Federal Reserve bank and Trump’s US Treasury, and Devolution itself,) I do not believe are as LITERAL as others, as is the case with the conflation of the term, ‘corporation’ with ‘entity’ or municipality.
That said, it is also true that we can sometimes miss the forest for the trees, and get mired in the mud of documentation and ‘sauce’ when the foundational argument that could and perhaps SHOULD be made in light of these claims cuts to the heart of the matter, and that is the belief that the United States as it ACTS, behaves and has been constituted throughout our lives bears nothing but a superficial resemblance to the Republic our forebears had in mind when they first set out to enshrine its founding into the annals of human history.
Thus, while I think the Act of 1871 is fascinating to consider, I also believe that blindly accepting one potential reading of a specific Act as being the prime mover of an era of systematized control forwards a self-defeating argument: if the mandate of the American people is what’s required to effectively govern them, then the same argument that holds that the constitution could and has been subverted over time also holds true regarding legal and accounting tricks the Deep State may have made in the process of doing so.
In short, what matters is how Americans live, and how their government, and [their] government operates alongside or over them.
And it has been clear to many Americans for some time that THIS government, however constituted, enshrined or yes, possibly incorporated through a process I don’t understand has not been serving the people it supposedly derives its power from.
Many of us refer to this recognition as the US Administrative State, perhaps the core function and heart of the Deep State’s System of Systems, and one each of us experiences in our daily lives, and that stands as a far cry from the intentions of the Founding Fathers of this nation as they could imagine.
From the unconstitutional abuses of the IRS and the CIA, taxation without representation to proxy wars and assassinations, to more mundane, but no less sinister examples such as driver’s licenses and the DMV, the Clandestine, Political, Financial and Narrative pillars of the Deep State seem to function SOMETHING like an entity laid over our Republic, but not in place of it.
Under this framing, the US as we know it in the modern age has been subverted through ‘legal,’ but not constitutional means, making something that LOOKS like a sovereign country, but is, in fact more of a conglomerate of administrative departments that utilize a mix of lawfare and unconstitutional law-making, as well as the abuse of executive orders for generations—including the formation of the Federal Reserve, the abolishing of the gold standard, and many more besides—the ‘Deep State’ is essentially the Administrative State, backed by the enforcement arms of Clandestine and Financial outfits.
So, is there something that happened with the British Crown at some point that pulled us down this path? I don't know.
In the end, no matter legal readings of the framework of this nation, the lived experience of many Americans is that there are TWO Americas, and even Deep State players themselves seem to allude to this on a daily basis, when they comment on Donald Trump and those of us in this movement representing an existential threat to ‘their Democracy, their nation and their way of life.’
It's very clear that there's been a Shadow War going on long before Donald Trump and MIL Intel started getting involved, and it's been between Republicans (in the traditional sense of the word,) sovereigns and collectivists.
These collectivists have infiltrated key positions within our Republic, and seem to have corrupted and converted aspects of that Republic into an Administration. ‘Administration’ as a word has no place in a Republic, really, and now our lives are largely run by them. None of these institutions are Constitutional or ‘legal’ under the spirit of a sovereign nation; they are, however, ‘legal’ in the reading of reality that what some judge or another says somehow makes something ‘true’ or ‘false,’ which should never be conflated with an objective measure of ‘right’ or ‘wrong.’
It can be true that we're a Constitutional Republic and ALSO true that our System of Government that's been wearing that Republic like a skinsuit ACTS as if it is a collectivist, subversive entity that owes its allegiance to shadowed masters, and that these masters very likely trace their origins to the British Crown, which is another way of saying Central Bankers. The original bankers. The original enemy.
Thus, while 1871 documents MAY NOT mean what a lot of the people pushing them think they mean in the context of the time in which they were written, I can follow and largely agree with this reading being relevant in the context of a measure of objective reality.
As I have argued many times, when Deep State players assert that we are threats to their Democracy, they’re not necessarily lying, as they’re describing the threat that true sovereignty presents to the Systemic corruption they have papered over it over the course of generations, and through wars and countless deaths.
And this ‘rule of two’ or ‘evil twin’ theorem (h/t
) can also be applied to the international realm, where the Globalist order is largely maintained through legally-dubious NGO’s, Unions, treaties and clauses that directly contradict or subtly subvert the various constitutions or, more importantly, unalienable rights of the peoples residing in the lands they want to control, as the Deep State attempts to blend the nations of the world into a morass of controllable same … until, of course, they need to spin up their latest in a long line of war engines. This competition, then—this existential struggle between the Real and the unReal—IS the Shadow War AND the Mind War … and the Great Awakening is not only the prize and the victory at the end of the road, but the journey there.
So, then, what is it that stops a mechanism like assertions around the Act of 1871 from fully taking hold over our rights as sovereigns?
A recent conversation with
, a fellow writer for Badlands Media was illuminating regarding this topic:“I have thought it was compelling too,” Lange said, “but here are the problems I have with it:
I think our country is in a unique position because of the constitution. I actually think the constitution as written prevents something like [the Act of 1871,] which is the very reason that the enemy has had to chip away at it over many generations. The enemy clearly still fears the constitution. I also think the constitution itself provides the remedy to that situation if it is even true.
I don’t think a contract of any kind is going to prevent Trump from doing what he needs to do, which is why his Executive Order to confiscate everything from the enemy keeps getting renewed. I think anything like the US being a corporation that is owned by foreign governments or entities is obviously unconstitutional, which in my opinion has no legal standing, ultimately.”
Joe’s framing suggests that, while there could have been and likely have been ATTEMPTS to institute a corporate entity or Administrative State OVER our Constitutional Republic, that very Constitution represents the key difference between the timeline of their takeover in these lands versus so many others, with less codified rights enshrined as to human inheritance.
Most of all, however, the issue minds like Herold, Human, Lange and I have with the Act of 1871 is the underlying premise that our rights can simply be taken with the stroke of a pen. And yet, this recognition and underlying belief presents both an anxiety-inducing and ultimately, in my view, freeing epiphany when it comes to the Constitution, and any document or agreement between men.
Driver's licenses and taxes are 'legal.' That does not make them valid.
Ultimately, rights, much like free will, are inherent, incarnate and eternal, and attempts to subvert those rights are, in the end no more legitimate than attempts to enshrine them on parchment, in legal codes or even in societal tradition, which is movable, like the minds that make it up.
While laws are useful in terms of a public framework for engaging with other sovereigns on the basis of mutually-agreed upon rules, standards and restitutions, they are not authoritative in the divine sense of the word, as morality is. The Deep State knows this, hence the PsyOps they’ve used to keep their threadbare systems in place for centuries. Patriots know this, too, as evidenced by the War of Stories, the Q Op and the ‘good’ PsyOps we’ve experienced alongside the deployments of the enemy.
In the end, Justice doesn't matter if the American people reject it. Evil continues unabated if the American people consider it good.
Theories that a piece of paper presents the key mechanism through which the Deep State subverted our Republic are no more valid or reasonable than one being used to save it.
may have summarized it best when he told me, “The Deep State is real. The Act of 1871 didn’t create it.”But the fact of the matter is that the US Government has itself been run LIKE a corporation, even if the term is being used in a sorry approximation of its modern context, in which the US Administrative State defines and legitimizes itself in a Hegelian feedback loop that has covered the Republic of our forebears under generations of obfuscation and, as
says, 'consent through compliance.'I'm not sure the people thinking undoing one obscure law that's the key to everything is what's going to save them is all that positive a mindset to have, even if it's true, as it absolves them of the responsibility to actually BE sovereigns.
Patriots can't give us sovereignty through documents, either signing them or undoing them, even if the act of doing so presents a digestible story through which the public can be brought along to the slow-blinking revelation that being a sovereign is a birthright, and inherent to being a human, rather than something cooked up by the Founding Fathers, or ‘taken’ by Satanic pedophiles with an abundance of fiat dollars.
There’s an obsession in this community with laws and precedent. And while those Actuals are important to track in the context of the Exposure and Disclosure and Justice campaign playing out in full view of the American people, at the end of the day, they are stories being used to reverse engineer the stories the Deep State Globalists have been telling us and forming the matrix around our daily lives for generations. Even the Justice phase is itself a story human beings tell themselves around the documents they have forged in order to codify through some semblance of consensus the morality that backstops them and birthed them in the first place.
Thus, it isn’t in the process or mechanisms through that codification that we should or can derive meaning or inherent truth, but rather through the foundational core of morality that can ONLY come from belief in the ultimate truth, which is that good exists, and evil exists, and that the one must stand in opposition to the other.
Many Act of 1871 debaters from a documentary level are using false or faulty framing for their arguments, in my view, in that many are trying to assert an objective measure of reality by using documentation as proof of that reality, when observing the truths of the reality around us is a far more accurate measure of whether or not systems LIKE what is described in said document have been implemented through force, coercion or subversion onto us.
The United States is NOT the United States our forebears sought out to codify. Why? Because it has been subverted. Even if that subversion occurred through ‘legal’ means, that does not make those means legitimate.
And that is an indisputable, observable fact.
In short ... I think the 1871 documentation is NOT saying what its proponents claim it is saying, I think a LOT of shills are pushing it, and I think a LOT of the people grabbing onto it are doing so because they want THE ANSWER to everything, while also believing there is something foundational to the idea that we are not, and have not been a Republic for a very, very long time, and that Trump and patriots are seeding that idea to the American people, and WANT this argument to be taking place.
So, then, IF Trump and team are pushing this argument into the zeitgeist, what would be the reason for it?
The System of Systems is being exposed. The philosophies and mechanisms behind it. How that occurs is of far lesser importance than THAT it occurs. Is occurring.
Thus, if the people learn to recognize the Administrative (Deep) State, it's a good thing.
In the end, obviously it literally matters whether or not the 1871 Act has had real consequences on our Republic, and maybe it has, but in a way, it also doesn't in that, the path forward remains the same either way: Expose corruption in the government, or corporation, or ‘entity,’ or whatever you want to call it—the Deep State's System of Systems—use a mass, reverse PsyOp in order to engage the populace in a War of Stories, prompt the public desire for a return to sovereignty, and get them to track and engage with the process of doing so.
(See ‘The Good Reset’ for my theory on the Reverse Hegelian Dialectic that could be the key mechanism for this reversal.)
Donald Trump told us as much in his most famous speech, which remains a rallying call for the MAGA and America First movements, and will come to be seen as the moment Sovereignty declared open war on Collectivism, Truth on Falsity, Good on Evil.
And there’s nothing dramatic or reductive about that.
It's probable that the American Revolution was fought against the same subversive enemy we find ourselves up against today.
An enemy that never fully vanished, but withdrew, transitioning from an era of overt to covert power projection.
A people is only as sovereign as they believe themselves to be. As they live. The US Administrative State, whatever its origins, stands opposed to this dormant revelation.
How did we lose the Republic we should have inherited? Through apathy, as
argues. Through compliance, as asserts. So then, what MAKES a System legitimate? What makes THE System legitimate?
Our mandate, conscious or otherwise.
The US is not a corporation in the traditional sense of the word, but from municipalities on up to D.C. itself, the founding fathers would and are turning in their graves seeing the marionette of America dancing over the weakening foundations of the original spirit of this nation, and the document that attempted to enshrine its … OUR powers.
Little by little, inch by inch, corrupt ruling by corrupt ruling, subversion by subversion, the US Republic has become a memory, as dark forces—as the Deep State—has laid siege to it for generations.
So, then, where is the spirit and push we need to take it back? When does the Sovereign Siege begin?
As
famously said, “Everything is happening, all the time.” And that statement can be applied to many fronts in the Mind War, and perhaps to all of them at once.Victory is all around us, if only we have the eyes to see it, and the wills to seize it. The awakening is happening, as Americans—as sovereign citizens worldwide—see the mask slip or be torn away from the collectivist face of our once-faceless enemy, the grotesque form of the formless.
Just as the Devolution and Continuity of Government theories many of us assert are meant to protect National Essential Functions until such a time as WE can take our country back constitutionally, and so this awakening process could and has occurred, the Sovereign Alliance I often write about isn’t a collection of leaders saving us from the Globalist Deep State, but rather exposing them to us, hemming them in on the Game Theory Game Board and erecting parallel and maybe even temporary systems in place of those they are prompting US to dismantle through our refusal to participate. Our refusal to comply, whether in the realm of politics, information, rhetoric, culture or finance.
This is the Self-Organizing Collective
often references. WE are the Self-Organizing Collective.Failure to comply with all of the rules of said system can result in punishment by authorities and enforcers of that system, and so, is often an inadvisable course of action and less productive a means of forced change than attempting to educate the American people so they—so WE—might transform that mandate over time, and eliminate compliance with the laws of men, and live in accordance with those of God … which is to say, those of ‘Good.’
True sovereignty doesn’t mean rediscovering the right to bestow power onto a ruler we choose; it means rediscovering that rulership over our own lives is the inherent right, and duty of each sovereign mind, heart and soul, no matter what one piece of paper or another has to say about it.
We just need a few more stories … and perhaps even a few more generations, to get us there.
Trump and patriots want arguments over sovereignty in the American Mind.
Welcome them.

Great article BB! Appreciate the mention.
You made me stop and think about how blessed we are to live in this country under our constitution.
The enemy hates the constitution and is constantly assaulting it in order to weaken its protection of our rights, but it still shields us in many ways.
Even more so now that Trump has flipped the courts.
Ultimately, it will be the very thing that destroys the enemy in my opinion.
As the system of systems is revealed, my husband and I are becoming increasingly bold in dropping hints that good men and women must not be cowed by fear and feigned distress.
