Donald Trump's Energy War
From Axis to Ashes, the Hegemon is Dead
This piece is the fourth in my ongoing analysis of the Iran War. It started with ‘Donald Trump and the Path of the Torpedo,’ and continued with ‘Trump’s Test’ and ‘The Iranian Knot.’
The Hegemon is dead.
This is what the smoke curling out of the Strait of Hormuz—both Narrative and Actual—portends in the place of another forever entanglement.
It is the controlled burn clearing space for something far greater—an energy renaissance that has already been won on the deeper layers of the board, even as the surface narrative insists we are only now stepping into the fray.
In other words, and as I have been arguing across my latest run of writings around these parts, Donald Trump’s Iranian Gambit is emboldening the New Axis … who are the real Allies.
Or rather, who should have been for some time.
And the Energy War isn’t about Iran, but about what it represents.
What’s more, I believe it’s a war we’ve already won, at least, where it matters most.
This is no idle assertion. It is the logical extension of everything I have been mapping since the first unmistakable signals of the Iranian Knot emerged last year, most recently elucidated through the Path of the Torpedo and Trump’s Test, the full inversion of the Kobayashi Maru scenario and the broader architecture of the Multipolar War that stands as the true war at the heart of the intersecting fake ones.
The visible theater—the missiles, the chokepoints, the headlines screaming escalation—is the shield. Beneath and above it, the decisive war is playing out in energy markets, supply chains and the Collective Mind itself.
It is the basis for the Sovereign Disentanglement operation now being enacted in real time by Donald Trump and the Sovereign Alliance, including Russia, China, and yes, even elements within Iran, and decidedly against the Globalist Hegemon that has been exposed throughout this proxy conflict—as well as one that has been largely forgotten over the intervening weeks, and one that has yet to begin in earnest—as powerless in more ways than one.
But to understand the full scope of what is unfolding, we must first invert the lens through which the legacy media, the neoconservative remnants and even segments of the so-called alternative sphere insist we view the board.
The Central Narrative wants us to see chaos, vulnerability and the slow slide back into the postwar script of managed conflict and engineered scarcity, when what we are actually witnessing is the Reverse Hegelian Dialectic in its most refined form: problem (visible energy shocks rippling out of the Strait,) reaction (American economic pressure translated into an overwhelming public mandate for independence and acceleration,) synthesis (a tri-polar energy renaissance that renders the old scarcity cult obsolete while simultaneously disentangling the United States—and by extension the Sovereign Alliance—from the very entanglements the Hegemon spent decades perfecting.)
The Iranian Knot, then, is not the snare set for Trump. Rather, it is the one he has skillfully laid for them.
THAT is the true nature of the Kobayashi Maru Trump is not navigating, but forcing the Globalist Hegemon into while he—and most importantly, while WE—watch with rapt interest and growing understanding.
Through the deliberate foregrounding of escalation headlines while subtly shifting supply lines, realigning partnerships and laying bare Europe’s precarious reliance on foreign energy, he has turned the Globalists’ most prized tool—the manipulation of critical energy corridors—against them, rendering it the very mechanism of their exposure.
This represents Narrative Disarmament cloaked once more in the guise of heightened tensions.
The visible storyline hands the Invisible Enemy—the globalist instigators, the energy monopolists, the architects of artificial scarcity—precisely the disruption they have long sought: new turmoil in a distant region poised to drive up costs, disrupt logistics and tether the American populace to endless overseas reliance. Yet, once the smoke clears—likely sooner than anticipated—the surface-level geopolitical spectacle serves not as the objective, but as the protective screen.
Under that shield, Trump is cultivating the mass psychological mandate for a Warp Speed push into the decentralization of American energy along three overlapping paths that rewrite the stolen American Dream in real time.
Along the first path, ‘Drill Baby, Drill’ gets the mother of all infusions, both actual and narrative.
Americans are already feeling the squeeze from the ripples coming out of the Strait of Hormuz, amplifying the usual media fear porn about global shortages. And yet, our own reserves, our own infrastructure, our own sovereign capacity should have insulated us completely.
And Donald Trump agrees.
Enter the invocation of the Defense Production Act, directing operations that boost domestic production and slash foreign crude imports flowing through the very chokepoints now under narrative siege.
This is the codification of a key aspect of Trump’s sovereign mandate: energy independence isn’t a slogan anymore. It’s national security, and the first visible rejection of the engineered scarcity the Globalist machine has peddled for generations.
In other words, the engineered chaos abroad is rapidly becoming the permission structure at home.
Americans see the bill, feel the vulnerability, and suddenly ‘Drill Baby, Drill’ isn’t partisan rhetoric—it’s survival instinct translated into policy.
This is Sovereign Disentanglement, and it is only phase one of the Actual and Narrative transition.
As for phase two, it rests in the bicameral reignition of nuclear—fission restarts and fusion emergence—which signals the true revival of the American Dream that was ripped away in the aftermath of the Eisenhower and Kennedy administrations on the back of engineered Nuclear Nightmare narratives, which I documented at length in what remains my favorite long form around these parts, in which I argued that the Hegelian Hydra that turned themes of abundance into apocalypse, hope into fear and the retro-futurist utopia of limitless power into a scarcity cult has been inverted.
I wrote that piece in 2024, and Trump’s 2025 executive orders on the American Nuclear Renaissance proved it more than prescient, as his orders are already warping the timeline—restarting shuttered facilities, fast-tracking small modular reactors for national security and AI-scale data centers, reforming regulatory sabotage and laying the roadmap for gigawatts of capacity while fusion tech moves from lab to deployment.
In other words, the same administration that adjusted Defense Production Act delegations to empower the Secretary of Energy independently is now treating nuclear not as a risk, but as the ultimate change engine that will power the transition into the very Golden Age Trump built his story on.
The trauma of the old paradigm is being inverted into the solution: cheap, abundant, decentralized power that ends energy wars by making energy too plentiful to weaponize.
And the Iranian chaos gives the narrative cover—global instability demands domestic resilience—while the real war is won in the American heartland, where the Dream we lost is being rebuilt one fission plant and fusion breakthrough at a time.
And while oil, gas and nuclear represent the first two phases, both will ultimately be dwarfed by the third, which is being translated through renewed deals with the biggest DOD contractor in the game—Elon Musk—who plans to accelerate far beyond even nuclear capabilities with plans for the rapid deployment and scaling of space-based solar power.
Massive data center builds.
Starship-class logistics turning orbital energy into terrestrial abundance.
This is the Sovereign Pincer in action: Trump and Musk as narrative cyphers front-running the entire transition, where nuclear provides the base load and Musk’s ecosystem provides the decentralized edge—powering AI, Bitcoin mining, the on-shoring of critical manufacturing … everything the Warp Speed doctrine was always pointing us toward.
Again, the Iranian Knot grants shielding here, too.
To wit, while the Collective Mind fixates on missiles and regime change headlines, the true condensation of the dialectic happens off-stage: problem (engineered Middle Eastern chaos and energy shocks,) reaction (American economic pain and the ensuing demand for insulation,) solution (Trump’s tri-polar energy renaissance that the enemy can neither stop nor claim credit for, since they very publicly and firmly tried to prevent it.)
This is the Hegelian synthesis the Globalists never saw coming.
They built the Forever War theater to perpetuate scarcity and control.
Trump walked straight into it—not to fight their war, but to use its optics as the on-ramp to disarm it entirely.
In other words—and as I have been arguing throughout this Iran series—he is using their on-ramps AS off-ramps.
Put another way, I believe Donald Trump is engineering an energy transition disguised as an energy war.
The Iran Crisis is the visible theater Donald Trump has engineered, but the decisive war is the one playing out in energy markets both beneath and above it. And it is rapidly building the exact public mandate needed for the Golden Age transition he has been signaling for years.
We are already approaching the mass psychological threshold on energy prices that shifts collective behavior, as gasoline and diesel have seen one of the sharpest monthly surges in decades, pushing the national average within just a few cents of the critical mass psychological barrier.
The squeeze the system long prepared for is now nearly upon us, which means, admittedly, Trump is navigating this moment on a very narrow mass psychological tightrope.
In the short term, the release valve is being presented as a straightforward return to his core campaign promise.
‘Drill, Baby, Drill’ is back in full force, and Energy Secretary Chris Wright has been urging oil and gas leaders to increase production immediately, while the White House has held direct meetings with executives and diplomats to coordinate higher domestic output amid the Iran tensions.
Under this context, the public narrative is simple: Trump delivering American energy relief through more drilling, even if he is largely seen as responsible for the current escalation.
Either way, the Collective Mind is being primed to embrace this as the necessary response, handing him fresh political capital to expand production.
But that mandate is only the lede.
To wit, the true logical direction on the back of the cutting of the Iranian Knot is sovereign energy independence and the rapid acceleration of nuclear power that will anchor the Age of Abundance.
The dynamics emerging and being amplified in the Strait of Hormuz are not designed to trap us into more foreign dependence, then, but to break it, as this calibrated crisis is creating the conditions for a clean disentanglement from Middle Eastern energy leverage once the immediate theater resolves, on both actual and narrative grounds.
What’s more, Trump is also executing a quiet, but highly effective pivot on the Green New Deal, as one of the most prominent European sustainability companies just announced that it is shifting nearly a billion dollars away from U.S. wind leases and directly into American oil and gas projects.
So, they are not merely backing away from their own green initiatives, but now, Trump has them actively funding the very industry they were funded to displace.
This looks less like opposition and more like a strategic redirection of capital to bridge the transition while blunting the Globalists’ dystopian future, and it’s an arrangement only the preeminent deal-maker of our time could have turned, and is likely just the first of many, even if we don’t catch them all flitting over and under the War of Stories in real time.
As added signal, the unusual stress among American oil executives is perhaps the clearest indicator that something larger is underway.
These are men who should be celebrating the current surges and their resultant expanding margins. Instead, many appear cautious and focused on longer-term volatility.
Why?
Because they might be starting to recognize the real endgame: the Hormuz situation is forcing a permanent sovereign disentanglement of foreign energy flows, so what looks like a short-term windfall for them is actually paving the way for a multipolar realignment where America no longer remains vulnerable to single chokepoints, a pattern that will be mirrored by foreign adversaries and allies alike, which means oil conglomerate profit margins could eventually get squeezed on the global front as energy companies are forced—by hook more than by crook—to direct their focus inward rather than outward.
But, as always, the strongest Sovereign Signal is buried in the noise, as one of the biggest beneficiaries of the current worldwide energy price surge has been the Russian Federation.
On that front, Trump’s supposed Iran War is delivering billions in additional revenue to Moscow while Europe and Ukraine watch their supposed American partner inadvertently strengthen the very power they have tried desperately to weaken.
Ever the pragmatist, that Putin. Or was it Trump?
Either way, this is how the transition is being built.
The psychological pressure creates the public demand. The drilling surge provides the immediate political cover. The redirected green capital funds the bridge. The nuclear acceleration delivers the destination.
And the Russian windfall quietly confirms that the Multipolar World—the endgame of the Sovereign Alliance—is no longer theoretical, but materializing in real time.
Now consider the broader canvas of the Multipolar War, where the Iranian Gambit has created the perfect conditions for coordination across theaters that the Central Narrative insists are unrelated.
The aforementioned Russia-Ukraine?
A seeming lull in fresh escalations until just days ago, when renewed pressure slammed into western Ukraine in the first unmistakable signal that even those ‘frozen’ theaters are wired directly into the same globalist architecture now being exposed and dismantled in real time.
Developments there weren’t absent from the actuals, of course; they never are. But in the Narrative realm, where the war is truly fought and won or lost in the Collective Mind, an older script loses its hold when the fresh chaos of Hormuz and proxy flares captures the emotional bandwidth of the observing Mindscape.
And if that apparent pause in visible escalation out of the borderlands reeked of anything, it was coordination—not paralysis.
And yet, all players, from the Sovereign side to the remnants of the old order appear laser-focused on the Middle East, as if the board had only been cleared for one decisive untangling before the next piece could be moved with intent.
The Media Protectorate, ever eager to paint disarray, has once more missed the pattern entirely, with ‘new’ developments in Ukraine the result of direct second-order fallout from the very Iranian Knot now dominating the cycle.
To wit, the prime narrative already coalescing around this renewed Russian pressure in the Donbas is being anchored straight to Trump’s recent easing of sanctions on seaborne Russian oil—temporary waivers issued amid the energy price spikes triggered by the Strait disruptions.
The legacy outlets and Con Inc. doom brigade are already spinning it as the latest blunder, with Trump, they claim, accidentally fueling Putin’s war machine while distracted by his own Middle East commitments.
Which is just as retarded as it sounds … and a further indication of just how far behind the vast majority of the Mindscape is by failing to glimpse the true nature of our ‘So-Called Allies,’ and of the ‘Would-be Axis.’
This is the methodical unwind of the rules-based international order in action—the very architecture the Sovereign Alliance was forged to dismantle, piece by interlocking piece.
To wit, what the media brands as chaotic incompetence is, in reality, the controlled release of pressure valves across theaters, easing the flow to stabilize markets at home while exposing how the old sanctions regime was never about security, but about engineered scarcity and perpetual entanglement.
Taken in this expanding context, the Donbas was the original narrative hook of the story that is unwinding the Globalist World Order, but the deeper play is disentanglement—Russia gains breathing room in its borderlands precisely as the globalist chokeholds loosen elsewhere, each Sovereign actor feeding off the chaotic synergies provoked by the others.
Which is just about as direct a codification of the ‘Power is Power’ refrain I first elucidated in the pages of the series that started it all around these parts.
And which is why operating from a faulty premise—the one that fails to invert the Axis and Allies paradigm—dooms any earnest analysis from the jump, hence why I’ve been writing about the Sovereign Alliance and the true nature of the Invisible Enemy longer than any other macro theme in the War of Stories.
Put another way—and as the Media Protectorate and the Intellectual Dark Web alike won’t understand, perhaps EVEN with the benefit of hindsight—if you think Trump is falling ass backwards into brilliant disentanglement and post-fallout resurgence after resurgence, you’re simply not going to understand what’s being set up until you consider what’s actually being destroyed.
Cling to the postwar script that casts Russia, China and the emerging multipolar players as the existential threats, and the world looks like pure entropy: Trump losing control in the Global South and Middle East, Putin grinding forward in the borderlands amid supposed global isolation, with Xi lurking as the patient wildcard.
When you flip the lens, however, and invert the framing, as I have attempted to do for years, the picture resolves into renewal, rebirth and a sovereign renaissance already underway.
In other words, Trump isn’t stumbling into wider conflict or perpetuating the dissolution of Sovereign Power; he’s running the globalists ragged in their former
strongholds, forging mandates for American extraction and abundance through the very optics of managed chaos, while granting Putin and Xi both short-term
windfalls and narrative shielding to do what they need to do to accelerate the
globalist disentanglements in their own macro regions of responsibility.
Each disentanglement provokes the next, each Sovereign player benefits directly from the other’s provocations, accelerating the collapse of the unipolar trap into a multipolar order defined not by centralized control, but by cooperative competition among resurgent sovereign powers.
This is the War of Stories at its most refined: interconnected theaters revealing the fragility of the globalist web, where what at first looks like a land littered with scattered and randomized fires is actually the controlled burn clearing space for something far greater.
All of this is going to be framed, predictably, as the unintended consequence of Trump’s folly, but those paying attention will see not the loss of control, but the
precise, layered execution of a plan decades in the making.
Just one that isn’t all about us.
The rules-based order isn’t being challenged. It’s being destroyed.
The board isn’t falling apart. It’s being reset.
And the ones who designed the game in the first place are running out of moves.
Now layer in the Sovereign Disentanglement framework itself, the very mechanism that turns these visible proxy conflicts into instruments of irreversible sovereign realignment.
In Venezuela and beyond, we saw the template: regime change optics deployed not to install globalist puppets, but to hot-swap leadership in ways that preserve continuity under sovereign-aligned hands while siphoning narrative energy from the enemy’s color revolution playbooks.
And from where I’m sitting, the Iranian theater is operating on the same principle, only scaled to the global energy map.
Under this framing, elements within Iran are being precision-targeted—not for endless occupation, but for managed transitions that sever the destabilizing vectors feeding the Hegemon’s proxy architecture, and Donald Trump is telling you this as directly as he can while navigating a totally discombobulated mediascape that can’t understand what to lie about next, since they’re not entirely sure about which truth they’re supposed to be covering up in the first place.
Either way, on the back of this Actual and Narrative engineered chaos, the result will be a clean disentanglement from Middle Eastern leverage that leaves the United States insulated, the Alliance strengthened and the old order exposed as the paper tiger it always was.
Consider the European theater in isolation.
Decades of Green ideology, subsidized by American military guarantees and Russian energy leverage left an entire continent hooked on imported scarcity.
When the Iranian Knot tightened, then, the fragility revealed itself in real time, and to all layers of the Collective Mind at once.
The same sustainability giants now redirecting capital into American oil and gas are not defecting out of ideological conversion; they are following the only viable path left to them as the scarcity cult collapses under its own weight.
The NATO bloc that spent years attempting to sever Russian supply lines now finds itself quietly begging for the very redirected energy flows that Trump and the emerging multipolar framework have made possible, which reveals the same truth Trump has been screaming from the rooftops as often as he can since the 1980s:
Our so-called Allies were never genuine partners.
Instead, they have long functioned as the primary vector for the Globalist Enemy all along.
That’s the same enemy as the Invisible one, if you find yourself a bit entangled by the inversion underway.
In other words, as I said in my last long-form on the subject …
Trump has rapidly cultivated the American Mandate to remove American interests from the Western Protectorate, because it is incapable of protecting anything, and all it seems to be collecting is losses.
This is Sovereign Disentanglement in action, the realization of the Trump Doctrine and the revival of Pax Americana, all at the expense of Globalism itself, not just as an actual framework, but as the threadbare story meant to translate it to the Collective Mind.
By contrast, our so-called Enemies—the Sovereign powers I have long referred to as the Villains We Need for the current story arc—are playing an entirely different role.
Russia continues to facilitate critical energy routes through the very chokepoint under siege. China-linked shipping maintains safe passage all while Iran itself appears to be undergoing a form of precision disentanglement, with its most destabilizing elements being removed through operations that wear the mask of escalation while serving a deeper strategic function.
These actors are not existential threats in the way the old paradigm demanded we believe. At least, not to the new American Golden Age.
They are rather the disruptors forcing the system to reveal its contradictions while accelerating the transition toward a multipolar order defined by cooperative competition rather than centralized control.
And there is a method to the seeming madness, as this orchestrated tension builds the necessary public resolve.
The surge in domestic drilling offers the immediate political justification. Redirected capital from green initiatives bridges the gap. The push toward nuclear power secures the long-term vision.
And the added revenue flowing to Russia serves as quiet proof that the Multipolar World—the ultimate aim of the Sovereign Alliance—has moved from concept to concrete reality.
From the tri-polar energy pincer at home to the coordinated synergies abroad, every vector points toward the same synthesis: an Age of Abundance that renders the Globalist Hegemon not merely defeated, but irrelevant.
The scarcity engineers who once controlled the narrative of limits now watch their own capital flows redirected, their alliances fractured, their chokepoints bypassed by sovereign ingenuity they can neither replicate nor contain.
This is the true power of the Energy War, and its true endgame.
It is not merely about barrels of oil or gigawatts of electricity. It is about the civilizational revival that follows when a nation—and an alliance of nations—reclaims the mandate to dream in abundance rather than manage decline.
It is about ending the Forever War theater by making energy too plentiful to weaponize.
It is about the Sovereign Pincer closing around the Invisible Enemy while the Collective Mind, primed by calibrated crisis after crisis demands the very acceleration the Globalists spent decades trying to prevent.
The very catharsis on the back of their endless Hegelian doom loop.
The Iranian Knot grants the narrative cover.
The multipolar actuals deliver the windfalls.
The domestic renaissance rewrites the Dream.
And the Hegemon, exposed as powerless in every metric that once defined its strength—energy leverage, capital control, narrative dominance—finds itself trapped in the one pincer from which they cannot escape.
But then, I am something of an optimist.

Strong piece from BB—this one sees past the smoke.
Most people are locked on the explosions and headlines… but the real shift is underneath, where energy, supply lines, and incentives are quietly being rewritten.
If this read is even half right, then what looks like chaos is actually transition—away from managed scarcity and toward something more sovereign and abundant.
That’s a hopeful frame in a sea of fear-based takes.
Credit to BB for connecting dots most won’t even look at.
