Cognitive Cyphers

Layer Cake seeks to answer one of the prevailing questions of our political age: who controls the Biden Administration? Start the series with Part 1.

Cognitive Cyphers.

It’s a term that pops into my head with regularity in recent months.

While it started out as a nugget of a thought that burrowed its way into my subconscious as I attempt to crystalize and distill the Information War for my readers, it has since transformed into a unifying vision not just for this publication, but also for my own mind.

In the end, what each of us is attempting to do—knowingly or not—in times such as these is to both guard ourselves from the intentional obfuscation and corruption of open-source intelligence, information and ‘storytelling,’ but also to form a directed, intentional and ultimately useful mental and even emotional framework through which to parse this sea of data and deployments—both Actual and Narrative—so that we might come out the other end of this ‘awakening’ generation with our eyes unclouded, but ALSO so that we might help to guide our fellows who stumble along behind us in the dark.

This publication started out as a means of getting my own thoughts out on digital paper, so that I might better organize them, yes, but more importantly—and with the benefit of hindsight—the true boon of Burning Bright to me, the mind that birthed it, has been the opportunity to organize my own thoughts, to parse them, dissect them and in so doing, to change them, shape them and, with enough time and experience, with enough proven right—and likely MORE proven wrong—evolve them into a moveable framework through which I might observe and analyze the Information War in a manner less akin to Neo ‘popping’ upon first waking up to the Matrix, and more akin to the rest of the crew on the Nebuchadnezzar who view the false reality presented in that film as less numbers on a screen and more a living, breathing simulation.

A story. One that seeks to control on the one side, and to guide on the other.

In the end, while we follow certain leaders in the Sovereign Alliance, in politics, in the military and even in the civilian realm, and while we each of us choose certain minds to follow and to engage with in this war—I know I am one of these to many of you—it is OUR OWN minds that must be the ship each of us guides through the engineered storms on the horizon.

Not all of the concepts and cyphers I present on Burning Bright are going to be as useful as others. Not all of them are going to connect with those reading these words, but we are each wired differently and created uniquely, and so, when you engage with these ideas and, more importantly, the framework underlying them, I hope you take some use away from the experience, and that you can either apply these cyphers to your own journey in the Information War, or adapt them, evolve them and reorder them in a way that better suits your purposes.

All of which is a typically long-winded way of saying, this Layer Cake series is not intended to give an answer as to the central question that kicked the whole thing off in the first place, but rather as a means of solidifying the importance of the question itself, and in developing a Cognitive Cypher through which we might engage with such questions in the future, and apply the core tenets of Bicameral Thinking with Game Theory in order to be the masters of our own minds, and the captains of our own psychological ships.

After all, if the enemy seeks to control the Collective Mind, they also seek to control the individual, sovereign mind, and the more Cyphers you have to gild and armor that mind in, the less likely you can be wielded against yourself, or your fellow man.

So, then, back to the central question that kicked this series off:

Who controls the Biden Administration?

The Burning Bright answer, which I have not been shy about, is that I do not know. So if you’re here for some sort of false and comforting authority that I do not possess, you’ve come to the wrong place, and I wish you good fortune with that mentality in the Info Wars to come.

That said, if you’re interested in following my own evolving mindset as I have attempted to engage with this question—and many more beside it—then you might find the following breakdown of the Cognitive Constellations approach worthwhile.

And, while I have been clear that I am not an authority on truth or reality, and that I DO NOT have the answer to this question, I DO have a leaning, and I will communicate that to you clearly following an exploration of the path charted to that movable, malleable endpoint.

So, without further ado, let us lay out the Cognitive Constellations of Control when it comes to the Biden Administration, so that we might practice holding each constellation in the vast infinite that is our mind’s eye, and see if any of them has more bright, glowing nodes—stars of insight and firm, albeit flickering guideposts—in the real that might help us eliminate the unreal that ever seeks to drag us down into the murky depths of disillusionment in this war.

I have broken this mapping approach down into four constellations occupying two aligned sets. That said, as you will see, there may be more connecting all four constellations than first meets the eye.

Set 1 – Deep State Scion

Constellation A = The Beast Itself

As briefly explored in Part 2, Constellation A is probably the one most-commonly asserted both by in-the-know members of the Sovereign Alliance (think Donald Trump, Kash Patel, Steve Bannon and even, yes, Vladimir Putin,) and by the more ‘mainstream’ and surface-level MAGA, America First and Truth Community analysts, commentators and thinkers at large.

This Constellation posits that Joe Biden is exactly what he appears to be—a Deep State Prince occupying the crumbling throne of a shattered Cabalist Empire in the midst of its dying throes. A last, desperate Hail Mary by the powers that would be as they installed him with the most obvious voter fraud campaign in U.S. history after Trump and his patriots systematically wiped out the political standing and candidacy of ostensibly more powerful Deep State Dynasties, from the Obamas to the Clintons, leaving the bumbling, compromised and woefully inept—even from a corruption perspective—Clown Prince of Crime Bidens to seize what limited control they believe they still wield over the Collective Mind grown restless under their thrall.

While my tone regarding this Constellation may seem dismissive—even accusatory or insulting to the aforementioned members of the Sovereign Alliance, who have significantly more information than any of us when determining their own Narrative, Political and Cultural Deployments—it is anything but, as a surface-level reading of the Biden Administration as being a result of decades of institutionalized power structures at best and heirs of a dark, shadowed empire at worst serves the most direct, compelling and verifiable ends in the Information War.

After all, if the overall purpose of this Info War from the patriots’ side of the battlefield is to ‘awaken’ as many of the American people as possible to the utter rot that not only exists—but has existed for generations—at the heart of our once-proud Republic, there can be no better representative of that corruption, of the very System we seek to reveal before bringing down than the Biden Crime Family.

This is a Constellation erected by the combined illusory powers of Big Tech, Big Media and Big Finance—all of whom, quite coincidentally, appear to be in the midst of complete spirals in both Actual and Potential terms in the American zeitgeist—and it will be one whose collapse, both political and cultural, helps to begin the cascade that brings the whole diseased, corrupt temple down upon their heads.

If awakening minds reach no further than the Beast Constellation, they are still glowing nodes in the Great Awakening, and patriots’ have done their jobs when it comes to paving the way for the Great American Restoration that is on the near horizon.

But is it the only Constellation in which to map the Biden Administration?

Of course not.

Constellation B = The Manchurian Candidate

Perhaps the Constellation most seeded by The Master of Narrative himself, Donald Trump (and if you haven’t checked out that series exploring Trump’s Narrative Fighting Style, it’s expanding every week,) the Manchurian Candidate asserts that ‘China Joe’ is not merely a fun, catchy and memetic nickname bestowed upon the Pretender-in Chief by the true and chosen leader of the United States of America, but that it most accurately describes the end path a tracing of Biden’s puppet strings might lead one toward.

Over the Pacific and beyond the enigmatic, great aisle of Japan and into the misted and jeweled land of the former Chinese Kingdoms, reduced in the modern age into a machine of a country of manufacturing, labor, strife and unbalanced plenty. A land defined by mimicry and gluttony, not of the Chinese people, but of those Oligarchs in both the East and West who subjugate them, devalue them and even enslave them for the benefit of the American and European slave classes—the high-class servants of the dark empire who don’t know they’ve been captured from the mind outward.

It goes without saying that Joe Biden’s ‘business dealings’ in China go far beyond the pale of what would be deemed acceptable, logical or cooperative from the perspective of a would-be American leader, but what I find most intriguing about the Manchurian Candidate Constellation is not the prospect that Biden as we know him is a product of CCP influence and proxy control, but rather what his continuance and furtherance of Trump-era policies, rhetoric and posturing toward the emerging and growing Chinese empire suggests about the Kingdom itself.

And to me, it suggests that there is more than one China, just as a Bicameral view of the United States is apt when it comes to the ‘reality’ of the Biden Admin compared with the surety of the true leadership we follow in this land, and that very likely retains more control of the game board than many are willing to entertain.

I am not the only voice—or intelligence dissemination program—to suggest that there is more coordination between President Xi Jinping in China and President Trump. The two have so many mirrors between their respective rises to populist power in their rebuilding and changing nations—along with Putin in Russia—from their installing of military loyalists into their respective secret services rather than relying on traditional, systematized ‘protection’ apparatus, to their much-publicized crackdowns on governmental and institutionalized corruption.

In fact, Xi and Putin have gone much further with the Actual of said corruption purges than we have, and I believe it’s because subjugated peoples—enslaved and traumatized peoples—are able to more quickly embrace a paradigm shift than those in the West, who’ve been gradually controlled through psychological warfare and cultural subversion.

In short, waking up isn’t easy if you don’t know you’re asleep in the first place.

So, while Constellation B does map onto reality as well, I find the prospect that Biden is ‘controlled’ by the CCP these days to be far less compelling than the idea that all of the China dirt patriots have on him was given to them directly by Xi, who is waging his own clandestine—and now more overt—war on Deep State powers within his own nation.

Which dovetails nicely into …

Set 2 – Bidemption Arc

Constellation C = ‘Sleeper’ Joe

If Constellation B—Manchurian Candidate—asserts that the Pretender in the White House either is or WAS under the control of corrupt foreign interests, or at the very least, self-serving foreign interests with adversarial and contrary goals to the America First agenda, the ‘Sleeper’ Joe Constellation presents an inverted mirror of this leverage that is far less contradictory upon further inspection than it might appear at first blush.

While I absolutely do believe that Biden WAS leveraged by CCP (ie: Deep State) apparatus, I believe that leverage was commandeered by Xi as he seized more control of the power structures within China, and I believe that leverage was transferred to American patriots (remember the Dong Jingwei ‘defection?’) as a means of asserting direct, cooperative control over Joe Biden and his ‘Administration’ as Trump and his American allies seek to wield the Biden Admin as a painful, albeit necessary education, exposure and disclosure campaign as to how deeply the centralized rot of the Globalist Cabal has infiltrated all levers of once-sovereign power.

However this leverage was presented and solidified—my personal reading is that Hunter Biden turned Cooperative Human Source to the Trump Department of Justice, ‘flipping’ on his family and the Deep State at large in order to seek out whatever reprieve or even redemption as is possible to a man like him, thus ensnaring his father in the patriots’ trap—it helps to explain why so many of the Biden Admin’s most optically-damaging deployments are rarely actualized, either due to the convenient and repeated ‘blocks’ by Democratic Senators to his bills, or the silent, frequent and under-reported furtherance of Trump-era policies with regards to foreign trade and domestic production.

That, and the fact that the Merrick Garland DOJ seems poised to continue—not interrupt—the Justice process that started before that high and mighty office was ‘stolen’ from Donald Trump and from WE, the American People. After all, wouldn’t ‘partisan’ leftist, System-oriented AG’s continuing the slow, inevitable march of Justice on the Biden Crime Family and its enablers, funders and benefactors provide significantly more Narrative Shielding than the alternative?

Which makes you wonder just who pulls the strings of the DOJ, after all … and which brings us to our final, and perhaps our most likely and complementary Constellation.

Constellation D = COG-Nation

No doubt many of you reading these words are familiar with the investigative work of one Jon Herold/Patel Patriot, perhaps one of the most important citizen journalists—though the Media Industrial Complex would never call him that—of our time, whose Devolution Series managed to connect a treasure trove of Actual, verifiable Executive Actions performed by and during the Trump Administration that would set up the legal and military framework needed to ‘Devolve’ or transfer the authority and powers of the Commander-in-Chief to trusted members of the U.S. Military Chain of Command in the event of foreign occupation or subversion—see how it all connects, now?—so that red-line National Essential Functions might be guarded while clandestine operations are actioned in order to wage a counter-insurgency war against the powers that would be.

(If you need a simple refresher on the Devolution Theory before diving into Herold’s exhaustive series, consider revisiting the Devolution for Dummies piece that first prompted Jon and I to work together in this Info War.)

While many in our community believe Herold is onto something regarding Devolution or a similar Continuity of Government operation, I often see two repeated mental/logical hang-ups otherwise discerning minds have when attempting to map this paradigm onto reality:

The ‘IF’ and the ‘WHY.’

As for the IF, it’s the key piece of Herold’s research that is, by definition unprovable, as the very actioning of a COG or Devolution plan due to foreign occupation or subversion would never be directly acknowledged, as doing so would defeat the clandestine advantage granted by the furtherance and continuance of secrecy by patriots working to claw back the levers of power and deliver them to the American people once more.

That said, many of us who believe Devolution is in effect believe it can be glimpsed through the ‘gravity’ of events, including many of those described in the previous Cognitive Constellations. In essence, the sheer multitude of ‘contradictions’ inherent in not only the Biden Admin’s Actual Deployments—political and economic—but also in the Media Industrial Complex’s—and the System’s—continued criticism and apparent stress at his handling of what should have been a smooth transition into the Fourth Turning, or the New World Order meant to grind what remained of American sovereignty into the dust.

Put more simply, things aren’t going nearly as well for the Deep State as one would think with them controlling the most powerful executive office and military position in the world.

As for the ‘WHY’ of Devolution, it’s quite simple:

Devolution is not meant to take our country BACK from the powers that have subverted it, but rather to make sure we have a country to take back once the exposure, disclosure and eventual justice processes for their many crimes is revealed, codified and accounted for in full view of a rapidly-waking American—even world—populace as to the truth of the System of Systems.

If a Continuity of Government plan is indeed in effect, and if American patriots wield more overt control over the levers of political, fiscal and military power than many believe, it suggests that, whether ‘control’ of the Biden Admin is cooperative or uncooperative, our side represents the Infinite Player on the Game Theory Game Board, and that the enemy occupies the Finite space.

We’ll flesh out these seeming contradictions and dive further into the WHY of it all in the final entry of the Layer Cake series, but for now, my Bright and bold awakening minds, I hope I’ve managed to spin some kaleidoscopic sense into the Constellations of Control inherent in the observation and mapping of the Biden Administration, and why doing so with enough directed thought and deduction tends to lead one all the way back around to the beginning and the end of this thought experiment.

Who controls the Biden Admin?

The answer lies within the question itself.

And this is one of those rare and euphoric times when the recognition of a paradox is not existential, but transcendental, unifying and ultimately encouraging.

As I often say at Burning Bright, on a long enough timeline, either we win, or [they] lose.

The rest is timing.
