So…Who controls the Biden Administration is a kind of riddle!
Since it was built on a weak and crumbling foundation, the appearance of control only needed time to emerge into the Nation’s consciousness as THE question. And once you ask the question in your own independent-thinking mind, whether you have favorite, possible answers or not, the wondering has shifted you to a new level…more questions ; ) and the answers lead to Truth.
When the election was stolen and Trump peacefully left, the real control shifted to We the People…our attention, our focus was intensified…something had begun (with Trump and Q and the stolen election) that was unstoppable!
And that was the most brilliant strategy in The Art of War.
Trump has more power now than he ever has…his next 4 years are going to be Amazing!! ❤️🇺🇸

Fortunately, if we follow Napoleon's maxim "Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake," we don't really need concern ourselves with trying to parse the complex and contradictory information regarding who is actually in control. So long as they keep losing territory on the Game Board, it matters not.
Since it does not look very likely that the 'Biden administration' is going to stop making mistakes any time soon, best to just leave them to it. However I do look forward to your take in Layer Cake #4, when it comes along. It may not be important to know who controls them, but that does not mean it would not be interesting to know 😉
I think analyzing who is behind things and how we get to where we are is extremely important and interesting too. If we look at a cliff notes summary, we may not get it, or just forget, or gloss over it. The world of sound bites has really dumbed us down. I think the methods used to 'walk' us through all of these years is what can help humanity going forward. Walking the walk, living the time, lessons learned, yes the hard way. It is what sticks.

I always saw Obama as their Manchurian Candidate. Created, raised up from a youth to be deployed when the time was right. I suppose even they, really didn't like Hillary much, as they shoved her to the side during her younger better looking time and trotted out Obama 'Mr. Audacity of Hope' head held high, far less experience. (I'll never forget how he said the job of being president was easy. Sure, if you just smile and memorize lines.) Couldn't they just have done their dirt thru her years, then ah ah bring on the Obama Hope as he was much younger and still would have been fine used later. But, no, they seemed to be in a hurry. Perhaps their down fall?
Anyway, I vote for all of the above. No one has clean hands.

I agree BB 👍 I found Devolution for the same reason Jon wrote about it...I couldn't see a world with Biden as president. But now I see the beauty in the plan. It couldn't go any other way and I'm happy to sit patiently and watch the Biden administration implode.

I don't expect people to believe that so move on. Why do you suppose we are being bombarded with nuclear attack threats? From our own military saying they never fought nuclear before? I'll give you one probability, they are terrorized that we are not only fighting back, but winning. They only assumed power, we came to it legitimately. Trump calling them out isonly the beginning. The J6 scam folding adds to it. The terror train that should and could have been sstopped 300 miles away (it had stopped, workers were detraining, threatening to strike). All of these and more are now backfiring on the regime.
You’ve managed to clearly describe the options likely available to answer the ‘control’ question! What is truly interesting about these options is that each one includes elements of the Biden system in place; yet all the while furthering the process set in place earlier which (on the surface) is not compatible with Biden’s stated policies. You’ve pointed out several examples where it is inexplicable for executive orders Trump initiated to be renewed by the antithesis of a Biden, no matter the excuse for it if it raises to the level of any coverage. The other area that seems to be awakening many, even in the less independent-thinking world of cities, is the in-your-face idiots paraded out daily to espouse completely unacceptable positions to any outside the extremely narrow ‘alphabet soups’ gender stances. The absurd ideas of the ridiculous targeting children and the blatant lies seen each day only serves to, not only increase awakening, but widen the gap between the truth we know (like 2 genders) and the wildly exaggerated clown like narratives put forth by those in the regime.
You, fearless tiger, are such a blessing to all who follow you and together we continue to learn better how to assess and understand the battles. We all await each piece you write. Thank you and God bless you!
PS: you remind me of something I learned while in college...the more we learn, the more we begin to realize how much we still do not know! That was my key takeaway from college. Still applies all these years later.
One thing that should be noted is that none of these constellations are exclusive of each other.
It's certainly true that Biden is a creature of the Swamp and has been for a long time. Likewise the CCP has been infiltrating American politics and business for a long time, at least since the administration of Bush the First. This administration is simply the culmination of long games that are finally coming out into the open after being hidden in the shadows all this time.
One could even say that there's been an alliance between the Deep State and the CCP in undermining or selling out American exceptionalism. (Also, the recent denunciations of Xi by certain Swamp elements, may be out of a sense of betrayal of what may have previously been a controlled asset. Xi's predecessors, after all, do fit the bill as Deep State operatives.)
Similarly, on the side the opposing forces (aka the "white hats"), they may be allowing the bad guys limited rein on their antics, only intervening when immediate or irreparable harm may be done, or if it directly jeopardizes their plans. It may also be that part of the reason the bad guys are moving openly is because the good guys can't allow them to operate in secret. It's also possible that having the bad guys in charge serves as cover for some necessary controlled destruction that carries some unavoidable bad optics.
Perhaps the real question is, of the four constellations presented, is any one dominant over the others?
I wish I could say it all makes sense now. I love a good puzzle though, you have given us more to ponder on and open our minds. I guess if we just wanted answers and not opportunities to learn we wouldn’t be engaged here. Thank you!

Like a child, ( of 67 years..lol), I am often walking right along with your thought but without all the great thinking of why. It’s exciting. I thank you for it.

I lean to the “good guys” using him to wake up the brainwashed. He gets more and more outrageous until you have to laugh almost. If it wasn’t so evil.
